Big Arm Resort

As a return slip holder at the Marina i am always very pleased to see Mike in command of the dock and the gas pump. I know when Mike is taking care of business that our boat will be looked after when we are not there. When we are there we've observed that he is always very attentive to the needs of the slip holders, guests, and boaters who come in for gas and the use of the restaurant. He is consistently professional, efficient, and friendly and he is capable of problem solving troubles that can arise due to storms that blow through unexpectedly. I know I can speak for most of the slip holders when I say we are grateful that he is there when we are not. Having been a slip holder here for 18 years I can honestly say he is the most capable and reliable person that has been employed to manage the dock. As we approach the end of the season we hope that Mike will still be here to greet us next springs when we return.

The staff was accommodating to us when we had trouble with our reservation dates because our RV broke down on the way there. The property is new. It's nice, but it's still under construction. If you go during the week, you will experience the noise and earth-shaking of heavy equipment. Getting information from the front desk attendant is like pulling teeth. Website has minimal information, there is nothing printed to have on hand upon arrival, and you have to ask very specific questions of the staff. The WiFi is horrible. There were no guests in the cabins and only one other RV, but the wifi had just one bar and was useless. Our mobile hot spot didn't work there either. The bathroom/showers were still closed at 8 am! The boat rentals next door were awesome!

One out to dinner at the restaurant at the Big arm resort, waitress staff could be a little bit more attentive extra napkins for the table we all got fried Chicken almost didn't ask if we wanted desert, didn't come around and ask how the food tasted did not come and asked if we wanted a second round on drinks did not come and asked if we wanted dessert, did stand at the prep bar and have a repeated conversation with a customer throughout our whole dinner.

We have had a slip at the Big Arm Resort Marina for years. The location is perfect for us. Mike the Marina Manager does a fantastic job managing the docks conditions, providing services, checking moorings, and general safety, with a smile and kind words. Mike at the marina is the best! He always greets us with a smile! He does a fantastic job handling our boat every time we gas up. Which is often!! He's a super hard worker that takes pride in his job and keeping his customers happy. "WE LOVE MIKE!" The grandkids look forward to the taffy! That touch is going above and beyond for us!! It was our first visit to Montana. We arrived to a first class view of the lake on the front row cabin. The family cabin was quiet, cool, and super relaxing. Full kitchen saved us on food bill and we were able to explore lots of nearby activities. It's about an hour from Glacier, so we made a couple of day trips up there during our stay. Service was extremely accommodating and food at the restaurant was great. Enjoy a stay here, we don't regret it one bit.

Beautiful views and nice cabin! Internet didn’t really work but the smart TV did. Beds were comfortable and nice clean bathroom. Could have had a few more dishes/utensils to use, more for a 3-4 person family, not 5 but we were fine.

I’ve been using Mike’s service at the Big Arm Resort boat gas pumps for 2 years, and his service is second to none on the lake. He always greets you with a smile and delivers an unbelievable customer experience every single time. Mike consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
